Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been processed, it is forwarded to our suppliers for preparation and shipment.
Shipping Time
Our products are shipped directly from our international suppliers.
Therefore, delivery times are as follows:
- 🇫🇷 France: 7–15 business days
- 🇪🇺 Europe: 7–20 business days
- 🌍 Rest of the world: 10–25 business days
These delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, logistics delays, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Fees
We offer free standard shipping on most of our products unless otherwise stated during promotions or special offers.
Order Shipment
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please note that tracking information may take 3–5 business days to become active.

All orders come with a tracking number.

Delays & Shipping Issues

Order Changes & Cancellation
Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 12 hours after purchase, as long as they have not been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, no changes can be made.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Depending on your country, customs fees or import taxes may apply upon delivery.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier.
If the package is confirmed as lost, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
